Two Bhutanese tourists died in a jeep accident

KATHMANDU: Two Bhutanese tourists were died on the spot while five others were seriously injured when the jeep going to Zhichen Milarepa located in Helambu Rural Municipality-1 of Sindhupalchok fell from Doring Bhir.

According to the area police Helambu, a Nepali driver and another Bhutanese citizen were riding in the jeep number Ba 2 Ch 4450 that was passing through the Milarepa cave.

Manoj Kumar Shrestha, police inspector of the area police office, Helambu, said that the deceased were 71-year-old Wan Mo and 33-year-old Tagp Geng. He said that the injured were rescued and immediately sent to Helambu Primary Health Center for treatment.
