No need to go to immigration department for business visa

KATHMANDU: Now there is no need to go to the immigration department for business visa.

According to the Director General of Immigration Office, RudrasinG Tamang, now the department has informed that arrangements have been made to obtain business visas from the single point service center under the Department of Industry.

Director General Tamang informed that after those who go for business visa enter the industry department, the immigration office will get the details online and the visa will be issued online based on the documents.

This service has been started since 2nd of January and it has ended the situation of having to go to the department after going through immigration and getting approved after entering the department. Director General Tamang informed that only if documents need to be verified, one should go to the immigration office.
