Kathmandu: Ram Bahadur Bamjan, who calls himself an ascetic, has been arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CIB). Bamjan was on the absconding list of the police who was accused of murdering, disappearing and raping a follower in the guise of an ascetic.
CIB spokesperson Navraj Adhikari informed that he was arrested from Kathmandu on Tuesday evening.
More than 30 million rupees in cash has been recovered from the residence of the arrested Ram Bahadur Bamjan at Budanilkanth.
