Supreme Court’s order to show cause in writ against sale of Ncell shares

Kathmandu, The Supreme Court has issued a show cause order in the case against the sale of Ncell shares.

The bench of Judge Prakashmansingh Raut has set a date for the discussion of the interim order on the 16th of January.

It was decided by the bench that both the parties should be called for a discussion and a decision should be taken regarding the interim order.

Independent MP Amresh Singh filed a writ against Ncell exiata Limited in the Supreme Court demanding to stop the sale of Ncell on November 22.
